"Women are quietly expected to become project managers of their own care. Most don't know they can ask for help with that."

About

I'm a medical doctor with clinical and consulting experience across Africa, Europe, and Asia. I work at the intersection of clinical medicine, health economics, and women's health.

I've stood on both sides of the consultation room. Physician on one side, protocol in hand. Patient on the other, questions that didn't fit the boxes. That dual perspective is what Thrive Notes is built on.

I write for women who deserve more than a seven-minute consultation.
