"Women are quietly expected to become project managers of their own care. Most don't know they can ask for help with that."

About

I'm a medical doctor with clinical and consulting experience across Africa, Europe, and Asia. I work at the intersection of clinical medicine, health economics, and women's health.

I've stood on both sides of the consultation room — as the physician with the protocol, and as the patient whose questions didn't fit the boxes. That dual perspective is what Thrive Notes is built on.

I write for women who deserve more than a seven-minute consultation.
